I am a Human Resources Consultant based on the border of Counties Westmeath and Roscommon, and providing HR services to small businesses.. More than thirty years of experience in Human Resources and Training in both private and public sectors have given me the knowledge and ability to provide consultancy services to small and medium sized businesses. In addition to my vast experience in employment law and employee relations, I hold qualifications in Human Resource Management, Counselling Skills and Training.
Having seen the stress and difficulties which HR problems cause both to individuals and to businesses, I believe that paying attention to HR matters and employee rights and welfare will bring enormous benefits to every business. I am passionate about supporting small business owners, who provide valuable services and employment in our local communities. With ever increasing levels of claims, inspections and fines, it is not unusual to meet small-business owners who feel overwhelmed by their H.R. obligations.
